UPDATE: 4th visit, excellent, FAST, well-priced service. ++ I have had my Maserati Levante in to Italy Service three times. The first time, about a year ago, I had a check engine light, which they cleared (an error) at no cost. The second time was a few months ago. They identified a problem with a sensor and said I was probably fine until it came back up again... once again, no cost. The problem has persisted and learned I needed a new thermostat and front breaks & rotors. Unfortunately, LV Maserati wont sell the thermostat to third-party service shops, so I Last week I brought my Levante in to Italy Service for front breaks & rotors, saving me $300+ (according to the quote from LV Maserati. I am really happy with the high-quality, professional, personable, and fair-priced services at Italy Service. They always explained everything to me in a way I could understand what's going on and what to look for. They didn't try to "scare me" into any unnecessary services. Also, Galaxy, the wonderful voice on the phone, was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be back here first before I trust anyone else with my car. THANK YOU!
